Why you aren't getting results
No... it's not because you aren't taking the right actions
I used to think success as a writer or in life as general came down the the actions I took.
But… no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get any results.
I kept falling into negative cycles.
This went on for months.
I was frustrated.
You really do start to lose all hope when the crippling doubts of "I'm not sure make this work" start to creep in—especially when it's backed up by massive imposter syndrome (due to having no unique ideas).
That's when everything changed.
I had an "AHA" moment.
those are really cool lol
I realized 95% of my attention was on the thoughts of lack, scarcity, and fear.
"What if I stop growing?
"What if I don't achieve my goals?"
"What if I don't say something interesting?"
You see—where you place your attention is where you place your energy. And where you place your energy is where you place your development.
Like a painter who gets a mental image, he must hold it in his mind until it is brought onto the page.
The more he holds the image, the more it develops:
Insights kick in
More details arise
Creativity takes action
The painter isn't consciously thinking of creating these insights… but they're simply coming.
Same as how I was placing my awareness on the negative thoughts…
So my creativity, insights, and ideas were in line with that.
I was developing my own pain.
Here's exactly why you spiral into negative cycles of thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors (and how to stop them for good):
Awareness is a development tool
Ships, planes, electricity, radar, rocket power, automobiles, engines, electronics, atomic power have all been the result of thought.
Nothing can exist physically if not first created mentally.
On the small scale it's thinking of a picture and your subconscious starts to roll in the insight of doing the actions that lead to drawing that picture (notice you have to hold the image in your mind and keep thinking of it over & over if you want to be able to draw it).
Exactly like the painter.
And this is where the average person loses all hope of success.
Not just success—but creation as a whole.
The average mind is a mess of random short form videos and TikTok dances, porn, addictions, uncontrollable thoughts, negative self talk, and much more…
The big issue with this is that the subconscious mind never stops.
It IS the creator.
And your conscious mind (filled with all that BS)—is the director.
You place an intention with thought
Your subconscious works on it
You get insight and ideas
Those insights and ideas start the cycle over (as seen in the previous image)
Before moving on… try notice this in your life.
You've never come up with an idea—it's ALWAYS been fed to you.
Cool stuff—huh?
Coming back to the HUGE issue with the modern mind:
This process doesn't turn off.
No matter what you think of, it develops. Good or bad. Because morality is not a concept of the subconscious, it is a concept of man.
Nothing is inherently "good" or "bad".
It just is—until a conscious individual labels it through his/her perception and biases.
This is why you're in such a shit mood.
This is why you struggle to generate good ideas.
This is why you feel like everything is crumbling down around you.
Because you don't control your awareness and instead allow it to flop back and forth like a noodle on a rollercoaster.
You imagine a negative scenario and that starts to develop which makes you remember an event that happened, so your attention goes there and you develop that feeling… then a TikTok video pops in your mind and you get a desire to scroll—that desire develops since you place your attention on it. You doom scroll and get thrown 150 ideas, perspectives, and biases straight into your mind, causing you to lose even more control over your awareness. You're now thinking of dozens of ideas per second and your subconscious processing gets confused and overheats (metaphorically). Now you feel like shit.
Do you see it?
Do you get what's going on?
Without learning to control where you place you awareness, you lose the ability to develop what you find meaningful.
So instead, you develop a bunch of random ideas you don't care about.
Again—because this process doesn't turn off.
It's inherent to being human.
It's our gift of creation.
This is the importance of a clean mind… not over consuming, not having addictions, not watching porn… these are simply "bad habits", they are literally cause of so much of your suffering. They all cling to you and you start to involuntarily place your awareness on them, leading to developing those instead of your goals.
This also causes lack of progress and motivation.
Because you aren't getting ideas, insights, and thoughts relating to your goals.
I used to be EXACTLY the same btw… quitting these habits was hard as fuck—I thought I'd fail so many times. But I pushed through and HOLY SH*** is life beautiful behind the mountain.
In my case I was able to build my dream creator business.
I couldn't have done that without fixing my mind first.
Are you starting to see the importance of this topic now?
Sure… it creates a living hell when you don't have control.
But when you do?
You can spend every second directing what your subconscious is developing so you never run out of ideas (hence never stop making progress). You gain crazy amounts of motivation. And you can finally think freely.
Let's get into how you can leverage this in your life:
The 3 Forces Of The Impact Creator
Like the physical plane has the force of gravity, the mental plane has it's own forces as well.
These forces are fundamental to reality and consciousness.
In our case and desired outcome of having conscious control over directing subconscious creation—we'll focus on 3 of these forces…
Intention
Faith
Awareness
By leveraging these 3 universal forces of consciousness, you'll have a clear mind and gain control over your awareness and attention to direct it wherever you want, whenever you want.
How nice would it be to hold a desired thought or mental state (including an emotion or feeling) for 15 minutes? 30 minutes? an entire hour? An entire day?!
Or to sit at your desk and enter a state of flow in sub 3 minutes.
Well—with enough training, that's exactly what'll happen.
After a while you'll even take it for granted and this superhuman focus will be your new normal.
To show the sheer power of leveraging these forces, I'll give you examples of popular figures who've mentioned it's utility, and used it to create massive impact across the globe.
Plato, Aristotle, Marcus Aurelius, Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Thomas Edison, Da Vinci, Carl Jung, and the list goes on…
These people are all people who not only lived a life they loved, but also invented or discovered Truths to reality which are being studied hundreds or thousands of years in the future. Realize they didn't find these truths in books—or in videos.. or in conscious analytical thinking.
It wouldn't have been possible.
You can't analyze something new into existence—you can only analyze what's already in front of you.
Anything new (like what these "greats" realized or invented) came from pure thought and insight.
Let's take 30 seconds to zoom in on the word itself "realized":
What does it mean to realize something? To have insight? To make mental progress?
"Real" — derive from the Latin word "realis" meaning "actual" or "thing" or "matter"
-ize — derived from the Greek suffix "-izein" or "-izare" used to form verbs that mean "to make" or "to cause to become"
-ed — which is regular English past tense meaning "completed"
This word was used in Medieval Latin as "realisare" meaning "to bring into existence".
This is what these "greats" have all done.
Not by another means than their conscious and subconscious processes—which you have access to.
Check these quotes out, then we'll move on:
"There is a principle which is pure, and which lies beyond all appearances; it is pure intellect. It exists within every one of us."
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift."
"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
"Look within. Within is the fountain of good, and it will ever bubble up, if you will ever dig."
"The kingdom of God is within you."
The modern individual thinks truth lies outside.
That you cannot learn from inside.
Yet—every great philosopher, inventor, physicist, and creative who's work went on to impact this world in amazing & meaningful ways—They ALL mentioned the use of this ability.
EVEN with something as big as the theory of relativity:
"The discovery of the theory of relativity occurred in the realm of thought, not from experimentation. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution."
This is the issue with conventional thought and sciences.
Everyone wants everything to be grounded in numbers, equations, and quantifiable processes—yet the most powerful of forces are not physical… meaning they can never be measured. At least not with our current technology.
However, there are methods to honing this subconscious ability of creation.
Now that you see it's power—let's get into the actual steps.
The Mental Expansion Protocol
We'll now go over the 3 steps you need to take in order to leverage Intention, Faith, and Awareness to gain the ability to direct your creativity.
1) The Force of Intention
Intention is the bubble that encompasses awareness and faith.
It's the conscious direction you give to the other 2 forces.
In this step, you simply want to define what it is you'd like to develop… this can be anything, but what I would recommend doing is making this your personal philosophy.
A personal philosophy has 2 parts:
Desired Identity (Mental State)
Desired Lifestyle (Physical State)
What I've found to be useful is to define your ideal physical state first, and then ask:
"Who do I need to become in order to achieve this?"
"What habits, lifestyle, beliefs, emotions, etc… do I need?"
If you want a direct way to define and develop this (plus applying everything else in this letter)—I'd recommend you join Impact-Creator School.
Once you have a conscious intention (aka: direction), you need to utilize the force of Faith to set it into action:
2) The Force of Faith
I'm not talking religious faith.
I'm talking about the ability to deeply believe in your desired state to a point of acting as if you already had it.
This will help you:
Stay consistent
Stay motivated
Enjoy the process
But most of all—faith adds emotional power to your intention.
It tells your mind this is important—which in turn leads to the insights, ideas, and expanded creativity the greats used to realize such incredible Truths.
If you don't believe in your own intention, why would your creativity/subconscious try getting you there?
You can train your faith through various methods like:
Meditation
Visualisation
Affirmations
The method is un-important, it's the result of Faith that counts.
What worked for me was holding the feeling of my desired state as often as I could, which led to me BEING this intention 24/7. Thinking, acting, and living as my new self (which in turn led to the creativity, insight, and intuition needed to act on it effectively)…
"Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right."
"As you think, so shall you become."
If you struggle with getting out of negative cycles and emotions in order to have Faith in yourself… I would again recommend you consider joining Impact-Creator School so I can help you out personally.
Now that you have a clear direction and the belief needed to get there, you must use the 3rd force to lock everything in:
3) The Force of Awareness
You've used intention to set a direction.
Then faith to set it in motion.
Now… use awareness to catch yourself when you deviate from your intention or when you lose faith.
It all functions in one big cycle:
Set the Intention
Set the Intention in motion with Faith
Become aware of loss of Intention or Faith
Stop what you are doing
Bring back the mental image and feeling
Exactly like how the painter must hold the painting in their mind in order to achieve it—you must hold your desired state in mind as well.
Don't feel bad when falling back… simply notice, halt, and start over.
Never rush, hustle, or feel pressured—as that takes you out of creation and into competition.
Simply act with Faith and intention.
