How to permanently stop repeating the same negative cycles
Your private invite to finally getting the results you deserve
I roll myself out of bed, force myself to my desk, and get started on my work for the day.
It was Thursday morning at 5am.
Building my brand - as usual.
But… if I'm being honest, I didn't wanna be there.
I had so much stress, anxiety, and frustration from “struggling” to work.
I mean, that's normal... right?
95% of people on social media tell you:
"To be succesful, you have to push through pain and struggle. You have to show up when you don't want to. You have to work, even when you feel negative emotions."
That's what I believed.
But... what if I told you that was all bullshit?
That working long hours, showing up daily, and producing your best quality work didn't have to be painful? That you could COMPLETELY and PERMANENTLY remove negative cycles from your life (physical and mental)?
How awesome would it be if you could:
Wake up PUMPED (every single day)
WANT to work on your brand (every single day)
Get excited by your massive task list (EVERY SINGLE MF DAY)
Well… that's my goal for the rest of this post.
To get you to understand:
1. Why pain, struggle, and negativity ISN'T normal.
2. How to love, enjoy, and work hard every day with no exception.
You see - I was like you.
I'd procrastinate, because I didn't actually wanna work.
Sure, it was more fun than a 9-5, but deep down I still had this tension. This engrained resistance toward my work. It was destroying me.
So... the first thing I wanna explain, is this:
Why the common advice is BS
First of all.
The moment you believe the people online (which is nearly everyone), who say you need to struggle to win...
That exact moment - you sign a contract.
A contract to feel pain for the rest of your life.
Why?
Because you'll never stop growing.
There will NEVER be a point in your life where you think "wow... I built everything I could, or wanted to build".
So if pain = growth.
Than you'll live a life of pain. FOREVER.
Now... I'm the biggest advocate for personal growth you can find, but I sure wouldn't accept that. Or want it. I mean… who the fuck would?
P.S.

Let’s get back into it…
Here's a quote I wanna touch on, I'll let you read it - then I'll explain my perspective on it (and why it's fundamental to living “The Good Life”):
"We have a limited tolerance for feeling good. When we hit our upper limit, we manufacture thoughts that make us feel bad and return us to the familiar zone where we feel secure.”
The average person has not mastered his mind (95% of people).
They try to do something, but end up self-sabotaging a few weeks or months in.
That's what you do as well - don’t lie ;)
P.S. I’m not claiming to be a “master” of my mind either. But I have unlocked the ability to stop these cycles from happening, feel love the moment I wake up, and enjoy every single second of my work and day. Which I’ll give you a step-by-step process to doing later on in this letter. But first… a few fundamental things you must understand:
Why do you work against yourself? Why do you keep doing the opposite of what you want to do? Why aren’t you fully in control?!
It’s annoying right? Frustrating.
The reason?
Because YOU are still your old self (or at least - a part of you is).
You haven’t worked on changing your identity.
You see…most people think an event needs to happen in order for them to change who they are and how they feel.
But break that down—how does it make any sense?
If you aren’t the person who does the action that generates said “event”… than how will it ever happen? And if doesn’t happen… how will you ever change?
AHA!
Realizing this made me think:
“HMMMMM… Maybe we’ve all got it wrong! Maybe you must change your identity first, so you can then do the thing that creates the external change.”
For example… how do you expect to build a successful business if you aren’t the identity of the person who builds successful businesses? YOU CAN’T.
That’s what causes the negative feelings. That’s what makes you “struggle”. That’s what feels so wrong.
You’re working AGAINST the deepest parts of who you are.
You don’t get insight aligned with what you are doing
Your thought patterns don’t help you advance
Your subconscious isn’t working to help you
Lucky for you—you can change WHO you are on a fundamental level. (Click here to get access to a proven system to do this alongside 280+ like-minded people that’ll keep you accountable)
You must realize that nothing has access to your internal state (emotions, beliefs, thoughts, etc...), but yourself.
NOBODY.
An external event doesn't make you feel "bad" or "good" until you label it as "bad" or "good".
Mind ALWAYS comes first.
I know this sounds "woo-woo", but stick with me here... why would you ever want to defend your negative emotions?
And if it feels uncomfortable to be hearing this… it’s because deep down, you KNOW it to be true. You can’t lie to yourself.
Before moving on - I want you to become directly conscious of this.
If nothing external has access to your internal, then why would you NOT have control over it?
Now... coming back to the BS advice most people give:
They haven't realized this. They haven't put the work in to experience it. They still self-sabotage their internal state.
Because of that, they think:
"Oh... life is inherently painful - I'll go spread it online!"
Then you saw that.
And you believed it.
You started feeling pain or struggle when working, but didn't do anything about it because you believed it to be normal.
I know, because that's what I did for years.
Now let's move on to one of the biggest breakthrough's I've had for living the good life, making money online, and enjoying my writing more than ever before...
X doesn't mean Y.
Hard doesn't mean painful.
Effort doesn't mean struggle.
Discomfort doesn't mean negative.
You get where I'm going with this?
Somehow - most of humanity have linked words together that we're not supposed to be linked. This caused you to fall into the same traps…
If you TRULY 100% believe one thing should make you feel a certain way, than it will (Again... you are in control of your internal state).
This is hard to accept, but you are the cause of your own suffering.
My heart broke when I understood the truth in this statement.
I had tears.
But then... I also realized the power it gave me.
I stopped playing the blame game.
I took 100% responsibility.
You see - when you blame the traffic for your frustration, you lose the power to remove it.
When you blame the breakup for the sadness, you also lose the power to remove it.
When you blame procrastination for your frustration, you ALSO lose the power to remove it.
This is what causes the negative spirals.
You make yourself believe something external is the cause of “feeling bad”. This creates a self-fulfilling prophecy of “feeling bad”. So you feel worse by the day.
But remember:
HOW THE FUCK COULD ANYTHING EXTERNAL AFFECT YOUR INTERNAL STATE IF IT DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO IT.
Now... I think you get idea - right?
Let's start moving toward the action steps you can take to re-wire your brain and change the labels you've put on actions.
Let’s turn:
Effort & struggle into effort & love.
Discomfort & pain into discomfort & excitement
Hardship & negativity into hardship & positivity
I'm about to share with you the 3 steps I took to completely transform my daily life. To consistently wake up excited. And to consistently produce my best work.
I am by no means a master of living the good life.
However—I have made significant progress to the point of being able to feel love on demand. Or gratefulness. Or even creativity.
But first… here’s a quote to set the scene:
“You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are. When you act out of alignment with your purpose, effort flows naturally, without strain or struggle.”
The 3-Steps To Transform, Become, and Reincarnate Your “self”.
Funny name.
Let's get into these steps... once you apply them you will have:
Control over your internal state
A clear and enjoyable practice to get better day by day
A process to access creativity and intuition (for more results)
Let's get started:
1. Creating a Personal Philosophy
What does the good life mean to you?
You preach it - but have you ever defined it?
What would you feel?
Who would you be?
What would you do?
How would you do it?
What would your personality be?
How would you walk, talk, and act?
What kind of focus would you have?
What domains would you have mastered?
What habits, beliefs, and daily routines would you adopt?
Have you EVER thought about this?
I bet you haven't.
Because I hadn't either.
Every day I would get high with a J of weed and think:
"Why me? Why can't I live a better life? Why can't I have money?"
But I didn't know what version of me could make that money... or live that better life... hell - I didn't even know what a better life was!!
Do you see the joke here?
How could a sailor reach his destination if he didn't know THE EXACT direction to go in? What if he had no compass? No bearing? How would he ever get there?
If his bearing was even 1% off, he'd arrive in a totally different country than expected.
Apply this your situation (unless you are a sailor lmfao).
Define you personal philosophy... play around with it... imagine it... then move on to step 2:
2. Identity Alignment
As mentioned before:
NOBODY has access to your internal state but yourself.
Nothing is holding you back - but you.
I'm not saying it's easy to change (at all), but I am saying ONLY YOU CAN.
What I did (and still do) to get become my ideal self as fast as possible was this:
1. Close your eyes
2. Visualize a scene or behaviour
3. Visualize yourself as your ideal self doing it
The trick here isn't to "see" it in a 3D world as if you we're hallucinating.
It's to intuitively be that person.
FEEL it happening.
Something that might help here (it helped me), is to focus on the space behind my chest... my entire heart center. Without forcing anything, simply placing my awareness there and holding the image of my ideal self performing the action (philosophy).
For example, I’d see myself writing.
Writing with full confidence in my words. With security and knowingness that I’m making money with my dream activity. With deep and extreme focus.
And guess what?
That’s my life now hahahah (I also don’t experience old negative habits)!
This will be hard at first (depending on how good you are at keeping your attention on one thing for a long time).
If you lose your attention, simply bring it back to the image.
Bring it back to the scene.
Bring it back to the FEELING.
The more you practice, the easier and more fun it'll be to feel those incredible ideal emotions, or to be in that ideal state of mind.
A few famous examples of people who used this:
Nikola Tesla
Albert Einstein
Thomas Edison
As they all say, the secret to the universe is vibration & frequency.
And as science has shown... anything mental (emotions, thoughts, visualizations) ARE vibration & frequency. You are tapping into the 99.99965% of reality that you don't see through the material world (because matter is only 0.00035% of the electromagnetic spectrum).
Anyway... I don't wanna get to deep into the meta-physics and science of it, but it's cool to know WHY this works.
The next part is what changed everything for me (and will for you too):
3. 24/7 allignment
The practice mentioned above isn't enough.
If you're entering your ideal state for 1h a day, but living as your past self for the other 23h... what do you think takes over?
Realize your old self doesn't want to die.
It will fight back.
It will put thoughts in your mind, or scenarios, or doubts & fears... whenever it does, simply halt.
Bring the desired image & state of mind back.
What you’re doing is building the habit of being your new self.
To understand, here’s how ANY habit is built:
1. Something happens
2. You react
3. You catch the reaction that needs to change
4. You do that over & over until it becomes instant
5. The new reaction is hard-wired
What you want to do is get so familiar with the feeling of being your ideal self in your mind, that you can feel that 24/7.
You actually BECOME that ideal self.
At first, only mentally.
If your ideal self is rich physically, you won't be rich yet.
But nothing can exist physically if it doens't first exist mentally.
By becoming your ideal self mentally (every second of the day), you start to think that way, act that way, live that way, speak that way, have that intuition and creativity... you gain the habits that will allow the physical to follow through with the mental.
A caterpillar needs to change into a butterfly before it can get it's feet off the ground.
From now… do this.
EVERY SINGLE TIME you catch yourself not in your desired state of mind, stop, close your eyes, and allign. Build that habit. Become your new self.
It’s REALLY cool once you do.
Things become much more frictionless.
THIS SHOULD BE YOUR N1 PRIORITY.
For the 1% that are serious about living a good life, I speak to you when I say:
You are powerful. I am proud of you for changing. And I deeply deeply love you for reading.
